Marine Creek Apartment Homes is a pet-friendly community that provides a wonderful place for you and your pet to live. Pets are known to improve your physical health and mental well-being. They also ensure a more active social life and lower stress at work. Given these benefits, we understand why you would want to have a lovable companion to greet you upon your return every evening. Marine Creek Apartment Homes believes that pets are an important part of life, and that’s why we provide policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome a maximum of two pets per household with a signed Animal Addendum –  cats and dogs.  We require a $250 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and a Monthly $20 Pet Rent per pet.  There is no weight limit but Breed restrictions do apply.
